This session will provide an understanding of the work of the National Suicide and Self Harm Prevention Programme, managed from within the NHS Wales Executive. This will cover data and intelligence for Wales; factors that can contribute to suicide and self harm; priority areas; and the workstreams and services that are being delivered and developed to reduce suicide and self harm. This will provide a background to the strategic objectives set out in the draft suicide and self harm prevention strategy, currently out for public consultation (closes 11th June)
