Suicide Prevention Seminar

On Tuesday 30 April 2024, 14:30-16:00 the Wales Safer Communities Network hosted a seminar focussing on Suicide Prevention. Aimed at professionals and practitioners working in community safety and community cohesion, this seminar provided an understanding of the work of the National Suicide and Self Harm Prevention Programme, managed from within the NHS Wales Executive. This covers data and intelligence for Wales, factors that can contribute to suicide and self harm, priority areas, and the workstreams and services that are being delivered and developed to reduce suicide and self harm.
