Understanding vulnerabilities and addressing risks

On Tuesday 10 June we welcomed Neurodivergence Wales to talk about the links between Neurodivergence and extremism. This seminar raised awareness of the unique vulnerabilities neurodivergent individuals may face in relation to radicalisation and discussed effective strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.

We covered:

• An overview of neurodivergence
• The vulnerabilities of neurodiverse individuals and their journey to extremism
• Assessing the risks and how to manage them, including the importance of early intervention
• Strategies and best practices

This session equipped attendees with essential knowledge to help protect vulnerable individuals and create safer communities.
