This year will mark the third Safer Communities Awards in Wales. The awards celebrate the work of projects, partnerships and people actively making communities safer across Wales.
This year the awards ceremony will be heading to the university town of Aberystwyth on Thursday 27 November.
After the inaugural ceremony in Swansea in 2023 the awards travelled to north Wales and celebrated at the famous Wrexham football club last year. This year we’ll be heading to Ceredigion in mid-Wales to shine a spotlight on successes in community safety.
As in previous years the awards presentation ceremony will be held mid-afternoon to allow those who wish to, to travel there and back in the day.
Entries for award nominations will open late summer and details will be announced on the Wales Safer Communities Network website and social media channels.
