Vacancy: Anti-Social Behaviour Partnership Co-Ordinator

The Safer Swansea Partnership is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to co-ordinate Anti-Social Behaviour and to develop support for Anti-Social Behaviour response and awareness initiatives across the Safer Swansea Partnership.

The role will co-ordinate multi agency meetings relating to Anti-Social Behaviour and in particular the staged intervention process and case conferences.

You will work in partnership with the Police and other agencies to investigate and manage anti- social behaviour reports, decision-making on intervention and enforcement action, ensuring victims are updated on progress and conclusions.

The role will work in partnership with members of local communities, partner agencies and representative groups to engage them in community safety and anti-social behaviour issues, through effective consultation, co-production and community resilience building.
 
You need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to engage and influence customers, partners, and stakeholders, in complex situations. If you have the ability to manage a challenging and diverse workload to effectively meet deadlines, we would love to hear from you.

The post is a fixed term contract initially to 31st March 2026 and will be reviewed annually by the Safer Swansea Partnership.
