On Thursday 22 June 2023, 10:00 – 11:30, the Wales Safer Communities Network hosted a seminar on Taking a different approach to achieve an anti-racist Criminal Justice System in Wales.

Aimed at professionals and practitioners working in community safety and community cohesion, this seminar explored what it means to take an anti-racist approach; the roles and responsibilities of white people in the anti-racism movement; and how as professionals we can build anti-racism into our day to day practice.

With presenters who are working on the Criminal Justice Anti-Racism Action Plan for Wales, this was an interactive session where delegates could learn as well as listen.
