On Thursday 10 February 2022, 10:00 – 11:30, the Wales Safer Communities Network hosted a seminar on Citizen & Community Engagement to highlight the importance of engaging with our communities in Wales in order to ensure that the voice of the community is truly captured in decision making and planning to strengthen the local response to Serious Organised Crime (SOC). The presentations outlined the advantages of the Clear Hold Build model and how partnerships can take these approaches into their business planning to benefit communities. There was also an introduction to Dewis Cymru, which allows you to find local community groups with ease.
